Posted on October 15, 2025 by philip

We are excited to share that HemoVision has been included in the newly released fourth edition of Bloodstain Pattern Analysis with an Introduction to Crime Scene Reconstruction by Bevel, Gardner & Associates.

For many forensic professionals, this handbook has long been considered one of the foundational references in the field of Bloodstain Pattern Analysis. Over the years, it has helped educate investigators, analysts, students, and forensic practitioners around the world, making its inclusion of modern digital BPA workflows especially meaningful.

The updated edition reflects the continued evolution of forensic science and the growing role of technology in crime scene investigation. It is both encouraging and an honor to see HemoVision recognized as part of that evolution.

We would like to sincerely thank the authors for including HemoVision in this revised edition and for their continued contributions to forensic education and BPA methodology.
